This privately owned, top floor two-bedroom penthouse will make you not want to leave. Amazing Melbourne skyline views and modern and clean design of the living spaces for you to relax and enjoy. You will have an incredibly large private deck with almost 360-degree views of Melbourne from sunrise to sunset. All of this and a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the CBD and Marvel Stadium. You will also have the luxury of having a car park within the building (2.1 meter height restriction).

Lovely penthouse apartment with a fabulous outdoor area and well set up for self catering. This apartment is slightly out of the city and without a car you need to taxi or use public transport. There aren’t many eating options nearby although I recommend Toastee a couple of blocks away for breakfast or lunch. We would have loved an extra blanket for our bed as it was very cold in Melbourne during our stay otherwise everything else was fine.August 2019
