Cancellation of the entire booking with LittleStay:
MORE THAN 30 (THIRTY) DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE / 100% REFUND WITH NO FEES (GOOD JOB YOU PLANNER YOU)
A guest can cancel their booking, no questions asked, for a 100% refund of any/all booking charges. Simply provide us with written notice of desired cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org more than 30 (Thirty) days before the check-in date.
LESS THAN 30 (THIRTY) DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE / REFUND NOT APPLICABLE
If a guest cancels their booking within less than 30 (Thirty) days of their check-in date, no refund will be granted.
24-HOUR GRACE PERIOD (THE “BLAME IT ON YOUR KID” POLICY)
All bookings 7 (Seven) days or more will receive a 24-hour period during which you can cancel and receive a full refund.
ALTERATIONS: Modifications to the booking dates with
MORE THAN 30 (THIRTY) DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE
A guest can alter their reservation at no charge by sending us an email to email@example.com more than 30 (Thirty) days before the check-in date. If the reservation is for a lesser amount, the ‘Refund Policy’ will apply.
14 (FOURTEEN) DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE
If you provide us a written notice to 'firstname.lastname@example.org', 14 (Fourteen) days prior your check-in date, if your new booking is lesser than the original, we will refund you 50% of the difference in reservation costs. Please refer to ‘Refund Policy’ for further information.
LESS THAN 14 (FOURTEEN) DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE
Alteration can be made, but no refund for difference of cost will be granted.
*Please note that the new dates are subject to availability and the nightly rates can differ to those you booked prior.
**Alterations within 30 (Thirty) days are subject to the refund as per the original reservation. Altering the check-in date of the reservation further than 30 (Thirty) days do not receive the “More than 30 (Thirty) days prior to check-in date” Policy and will incur the same Cancellation and Alteration Policy as the original booking. (You thought you were a clever one, didn’t you?)
